KSD, the Board of Education, the Kirkwood Missouri State Teachers Association (KMSTA) and the Kirkwood National Education Association (KNEA) will honor 18 retirees and 23 long-time employees at the Kirkwood Board of Education Reception Wednesday, May 3. The ceremony will be held from 4-6 p.m. in the Walker Commons and Keating Theater at KHS.

KHS retirees include Linda Dubis, science teacher, Dr. Kimberly Heyl, librarian, Patrick Jackson, orchestra teacher, Steve Jonak, math teacher, and Sharan Rasp Taysi, science teacher. For their 25 years in education, KHS staff members Donna Canan, English teacher, B.J. Kenyon, social studies teacher, Randy Kriewall, math teacher, Sean McCarthy, English teacher, Romona Miller, associate principal, and Kimberly Sweesy, guidance counselor, will be honored.
