Denouement

Wow. I guess I’m done.

This weekend I participated in the Academy of Science’s Honors Division Science Fair. To make a long story short, I was among the top 10 finalists, and I won a scholarship for $1,000.

Except why would I make a long story short? This is clearly depriving you all of crucial information. For example, all the contestants were put into a weird room with fold-out tables and playing cards. Or, the finalists all got cookies along with their thousand dollars. Also, there were these really cool pens that had fancy velvet pouches. No one could figure out how to use them; I guess that’s what happens when you put ten science fair students in a room with wonky pens. Some of the judges left them so a lot of finalists got to take them home. One of those finalists was me.

Anyway, this time I thought it might be fun to show you guys what I’ve been doing, so I took pictures before and at the fair. Some of them I put on Instagram, but other ones I wasn’t allowed to post until all the finalists were announced. So, without further ado, check it out!
