Having just turned three years old, The Parsnip finally made it into print this year as its own section. The new satire section grew tremendously in staff, with writers from all other sections adding their own unique flavor of comedy. These amazing new writers helped make The Parsnip a more prominent part of the website and newspaper, and their ambition and creativity promise a bright future for the section. There are still a few kinks that need to be smoothed out, but for the most part, we have become a strong independent section who doesn’t need any entertainment or opinions staffs.

The wood conspiracy corner – Jack Bugee

Wing Crosby’s eulogy – Ally Ortman

I’ve pad it – Fitz Cain

Cereal first! – Brendan Davidson

High school for dummies – Will Drury
