Edible cookie dough

1 ½ cups of soft butter

1 ½ cups of brown sugar

1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

3 ¼ cups of crushed graham crackers

⅓ cup of milk (optional for a smoother consistency)

1 pinch of salt

1 ⅓ cups of mini chocolate chips


  1. Crush graham crackers (one full box) in plastic bag, using your fists.
  2. In a large bowl, mix 1 ½ cups of soft butter.
  3. Add in 1 ½ cups of brown sugar.
  4. Pour in 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract.
  5. (Optional) Pour in ⅓ cups of milk.
  6. Add in a pinch of salt.
  7. Mix the ingredients in the bowl for one to two minutes in mixer.
  8. Pour in 1 ⅓ cups of mini chocolate chips.
  9. Mix the chocolate chips into the dough with mixer.
  10. Serve refrigerated or at room temperature (with a spoon).
  11. Enjoy.
