There are less than three months till graduation. Senioritis has probably kicked in. If it hasn’t already, lucky you. These next few months will likely be the last times you and your friends are at the same school so you might as well enjoy it. It may be tempting to go into full autopilot mode because at the end of the day, we are super close to being done with high school forever (thank goodness). But, try to make the most of it. Here’s some advice to you on how to make the most of the remaining months before college starts:
Spring break is coming up, and if you haven’t already, book a trip with friends. It doesn’t matter where you go, just travel somewhere exciting that allows you to relax and unwind from the craziness of a soon-to-be college student. Take a break from housing contracts and final college admittance steps to enjoy time with friends. Whether you go to Florida, California or New York, take lots of photos, try fun restaurants and explore the city.
When you look back on your high school years, what do you want to remember most about it? Get a digital camera to capture the moments you don’t want to forget. High school, while a rough time, had its good moments as well – being with friends, traveling and trying new things. Here’s my advice to you- get your friends together, have brunch and make scrapbooks together. Find some inspo on Pinterest and gather some cute photos and stickers. It might seem cheesy, but you won’t regret being able to look back at the highlights of friends and family. That way years later, you have something to back on.
With graduation getting closer, now is the time to make memories that will last. Don’t let senioritis stop you from enjoying the last few fun senior experiences with friends and family.
