Well, get excited because this winter, six exciting movies will be hitting theaters and changing lives. Check out the most anticipated movie releases below.
Based on a 1982 Stephen King novel, this movie stars Glen Powell, who plays a young father in need of money to support his family. To earn money in this dystopian society, he decides to enter a chaotic game show called “The Running Man” where he has a chance to win a billion dollars. To win, he has to survive for 30 days while being hunted by professional assassins. This movie challenges dystopian systems and is an action packed film.
“Wicked: For Good” stars Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande as Elphaba and Glinda. In this movie, these unlikely friends turned enemies navigate friendship, corruption and societal expectations. With citizens of Oz convinced Elphaba is the enemy, Elphaba and Glinda must band together to transform Oz in a groundbreaking finale. This musical drama wraps up part two of the “Wicked” movie franchise with songs and acting that will change you for good.
