Photo Gallery: Charlie Blasingame’s unlikely pets
Charlie Blasingame begged her parents to let her buy two rats. She did all of her research and had saved up her money to be able to accommodate them well. When she presented her mom and step-dad with a powerpoint presentation the initial response was no, they were worried about the smell and there was already a cat and dog in the house. But eventually the persistence lead to a yes, which lead to Charlie eventually purchasing four rats: Juju, Tizdale, Einstein and Wally, who are now full time members of the household.
