On Tuesday, 11-29-2011, at 7:17 p.m. officers were summoned to a residence in
the 600 block of Hawbrook for a report of a burglary. The resident arrived home
from vacation to find a small safe containing jewelry and cash stolen from the
residence.

On Tuesday, 11-29-2011, at 11:26 p.m. police responded to a disturbance in
the 200 block of South Kirkwood Road. A report of someone yelling loudly and
fighting was made. Officers arrested an adult male for peace disturbance. He
was also found to have two outstanding warrants through other jurisdictions.

On Tuesday, 11-30-2011, at 11:25 a.m. police received a report of a theft at a
residence in the 100 block of East Madison Avenue. The resident reported a gold
bracelet stolen from the home sometime within the past month.

On Friday, 12-02-2011, at 5:24 p.m. officers responded to a business in the 300
block of North Kirkwood Road for a fraud report. An adult male changed the
name of the payee on the check to match that of his own and attempted to cash
the check. He was arrested for forgery. The case will be referred to the St Louis
Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.

On Saturday, 12-03-2011, at 1:23 police were dispatched to the intersection
of Marshall Road and Treecourt Industrial Court for a report of a motor vehicle
accident. A vehicle left the roadway and struck a telephone pole. The driver of
the vehicle fled prior to police arrival. On Sunday, 12-04-2011, officers arrested
the adult male driver at the residence of his girlfriend for leaving the scene of an
accident.

During the week of Monday, 11-28-2011, through Sunday, 12-04-2011,
Kirkwood Police arrested five adult females and five adult males for shoplifting
merchandise from area businesses. The incidents occurred at businesses in the
1000 and 1200 blocks of South Kirkwood Road. One of the females was charged
with a felony since she had at least two prior theft-related convictions.
