Des Peres Police Department

 

On Monday, November 12, 2018, victims vehicle stolen overnight in the 12100 block of Bent Brook Rd. Keys were left in a jacket accidentally left out in the yard.

On Tuesday, November 13, 2018, larceny and assault at West County Center. Subject fled the area after incident and was located 2 hours later sleeping in a chair near California Pizza Kitchen. Taken into custody with felony warrants from St. Louis County.

On Saturday, November 17, 2018, vehicle stolen from the 1400 block of  Marlann. Vehicle unlocked and keys inside.

On Sunday, November 18, 2018, stealing from a motor vehicle in the 1400 block of Kendon Dr. Vehicle was unlocked and a miscellaneous amount of change was taken.

On Sunday, November 18, 2018, stealing from a motor vehicle in the 11900 block of Grant Pl. Vehicle was unlocked and a miscellaneous amount of change was taken.

On Sunday, November 18, 2018, stealing candy from Des Peres Cinema. Suspect arrested.

 

Glendale Police Department

 

On Tuesday, November 13, 2018, a resident of the unit block of Cheyenne Court reported several fraudulent charges on his Bank of America Debit Card. The charges occurred sometime in August 2018. Police and bank officials are investigating.

On Friday, November 16, 2018, a consignment shop business owner in the 10000 block of Manchester Road, reported two suspicious females attempting to sell what the business owner believed was stolen merchandise from other retailers. Police are investigating.

On Saturday, November 17, 2018, a resident of the 700 block of Edwin Avenue reported she was the victim of a domestic assault at her home on Friday, November 16, 2018. Police are investigating.

 

Kirkwood Police Department

 

On Monday, November 12, 2018, a resident in the 600 block of Trailcrest Court and a resident in the 2000 block of Brookcreek reported their unlocked vehicles were unlawfully entered overnight. A pair of boots was reported stolen.

On Monday, November 12, 2018, a business in the 300 block of South Kirkwood Road reported they were the victim of a phone scam. The caller advised the manager to remove all of the cash from the safe, take the cash to Wal-Mart and purchase Green-Dot Visa cards. After this, the victim called the caller back and gave him the numbers from the Green-Dot Visa cards.

On Tuesday, November 13, 2018, an overnight burglary was reported from a convenience store in the 10900 block of Manchester Road. Based on the investigation, the burglary occurred at approximately 1:50 AM by a subject breaking the glass on the front door. The investigation is ongoing.

On Wednesday, November 14, 2018, a resident in the 1000 block of Lacouer Drive reported several items missing from her apartment. The investigation is ongoing.

On Wednesday, November 14, 2018, a retail store in the 10800 block of Manchester Road reported a shoplifting incident. The suspect selected, failed to pay for and walked out of the store with approximately $180.00 worth of merchandise. The investigation is ongoing.

On Thursday, November 15, 2018, a shoplifting incident was reported from a retail store in the 400 block of North Kirkwood Road. The investigation is ongoing.

On Friday, November 16, 2018, a physical disturbance was reported at a residence in the 400 block of George. At the conclusion of the investigation, the boyfriend of the victim was arrested and charged with domestic assault, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of a weapon.

On Saturday, November 17, 2018, three purses were stolen from parked vehicles on the Powder Valley parking lot. Two vehicles had windows broken out and one vehicle was left unlocked.

On Saturday, November 17, 2018, a resident in the 1000 block of Taman Ct reported her washer and dryer were stolen from the common ground area of her building. The investigation is ongoing.

On Sunday, November 18, 2018, an IPad was reported stolen, overnight, from an unlocked parked vehicle in the 1700 block of Ben Davis.

On Sunday, November 18, 2018, personal items were reported stolen, overnight, from an unlocked parked vehicle in the 400 block of Crest.

During the week of November 12, 2018, through November 18, 2018, five shoplifting cases were reported and investigated from businesses in the 1000-1200 block of South Kirkwood Road.

During the week of November 12, 2018, through November 18, 2018, along with regular calls for service and traffic enforcement, the Kirkwood Police Department responded to 24 residential/business alarms, 31 motor vehicle accidents and assisted the Fire/EMS Department on 65 calls.
