The Little League World Series is worth it

Williamsport, PA, a place where hardworking 12-year-olds dream to become champions of the world. They prepare all year for the opportunity to play on the green, well-kept fields at Williamsport. Personally, I like watching the Little League World Series on ESPN. The exciting plays, the unexpected turn of events and even the cheers of victory get me enthused. The youthful celebration and the teamwork that is exemplified here make me realize what sports are really about. Also, I think it is awesome that ESPN gives the young baseball players the opportunity to show what they got on national television. If I was one of those players, I would feel like a pro. I would be excited to be given a chance of a lifetime to play on the big stage.
