The Kirkwood Pioneers will open the football season Aug. 26, at 7:00 p.m. against the Rockwood Summit Falcons. The Pioneers come into the game ranked fifth in the metro area and will be led by quarterbacks Jarrod Bishop, junior, and BJ Buckner, senior and senior wide receiver Mike McHugh. Gates will open at 5:45 and tickets will be $5. All students must leave Lyons Stadium a half hour after the end of the game.
