“We have added to our cleaning of the classrooms and we are in the process of reviewing the attendance policy. If a family decides to keep their son or daughter at home because of this excused absences we won’t count that towards the attendance policy. As long as the parents excuse it, we won’t count it towards the attendance policy. Anyone who has come into contact with someone [who might have the virus] is currently not at school.”
