BBQ ASAP is truly an experience in regards to both their food and the good company. Menu items include BBQ such as ribs and their famous award winning beef brisket, and delicious carnival foods such as Corn Dog.

This eatery is prominent in my mind, not only because of their food, but because of the overall experience. The service is absolutely phenomenal, and it’s easy to strike up a conversation with anybody working there and you will feel like a regular in no time.

Though the service is nearly unbeatable, people don’t just come for the service, they want good food as well. BBQ ASAP enters many of its dishes into BBQ contests and has won many awards. Their Beef Brisket won first place in the 2009 USA Barbecue Championship, along with many other dishes placing in over 30 different BBQ competitions around the country. Aside from extremely high quality BBQ, there is also a (very affordable) carnival food menu with many delicious choices such as the Chili Pie, The BBQ Nachos, and The Triple “Dog” Dare You. For dessert you can choose your flavor from a wide variety of shaved ice. St. Louis Magazine has called BBQ ASAP the “Kings of Shaved Ice”. Often times if you have a friendly conversation with the employees, you can get your shaved ice for free. I have been to BBQ ASAP many times and have never left unsatisfied.
