On Monday, 03-19-2012, at 2:57 p.m. an employee of a business in the 1200
block of South Kirkwood Road called police in reference to a subject trespassing.
The adult subject had been involved in previous incidents at the business and
had been advised not to return. Officers arrived and located the adult. The adult
briefly struggled with police and was arrested. He was charged with trespassing
and resisting arrest and had three outstanding warrants.

On Thursday, 03-22-2012, at 2:51 p.m. police responded to a retail business
in the 1200 block of South Kirkwood Road for a report of shoplifting. Officers
arrived and arrested an adult for stealing merchandise. All merchandise was
recovered.

On Thursday, 03-22-2012, at 8:37 p.m. officers responded to the 100 block of
East Adams for a report of vehicle break-in. The victim reported golf clubs and
an MP3 player stolen from his vehicle.

On Friday, 03-23-2012, at 4:39 a.m. police stopped a motorist for a traffic
violation in the 100 block of East Argonne. Investigation led to the arrest of the
adult driver after he was found to be in possession of marijuana and possession
of drug paraphernalia.

On Friday, 03-23-2012, at 9:30 p.m. officers arrested an adult for shoplifting
after she was observed stealing merchandise from an area business. The theft
occurred at a retail business in the 1200 block of South Kirkwood Road.

On Saturday, 03-24-2012, at 12:01 a.m. police arrested an adult motorist for
driving under the influence of alcohol. The arrest was a result of a traffic stop in
the 200 block of North Kirkwood Road. A short time later, at 1:43 a.m. police
arrested another adult driver for driving under the influence of alcohol. The
second arrest occurred at a traffic stop in the 100 block of East Argonne.

On Sunday, 03-25-2012, at 3:15 a.m. police stopped a motorist for a traffic
violation near the intersection of West Glenwood and Big Bend. The adult driver
was driving under the influence of alcohol and was arrested.
