Manchester for a theft report. The victim told police he put his car keys and cell phone in
a locked locker. Upon returning he noticed a different lock on the locker. After contacting
management it was determined his locker had been broken into and car keys and cell phone
were taken. The victim also checked his vehicle to find his wallet missing from the center
console of the vehicle which had been locked.

On March 18, 2013 at 3:33 p.m. police received a report of a larceny that occurred on March
16, 2013 from a store in the 1200 block of South Kirkwood Road. Management advised
approximately $1200 worth of oil paints and inks were taken by two subjects. The same
subjects are believed to be responsible for similar thefts in Illinois and Wisconsin.

On March 20, 2013 at 08:11 a.m. a resident of the 1200 block of North Harrison Avenue
advised he noticed paperwork from his vehicle lying in the yard. The resident stated the
window to his vehicle was left down and a screwdriver and wrench were stolen from the
vehicle.

On March 20, 2013 at 2:12 p.m. police responded for a property destruction report in the
1200 block of Simmons. Fencing and playground equipment were damaged sometime
overnight.

On March 21, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. a victim reported around 11:30 a.m., while shopping at a
store in the 1200 block of South Kirkwood Road, unknown persons removed her wallet from
the shopping cart. The victim’s wallet contained credit cards, an ID, and $17 cash.

On March 21, 2013 at 3:04 p.m. police responded to a theft from a business in the 1200 block
of South Kirkwood Road. Unknown subject had removed three flash drives from a locked
cabinet. The cabinet locked and only accessible using a key.

On March 21, 2013 at 7:36 p.m. police received a report of two males running from a retail
store in the 1200 block of South Kirkwood Road. I was later learned the two suspects
apparently took a pair of Nike tennis shoes. Police continue to investigate.

On March 23, 2013, police took several reports of thefts from vehicles. The incidents
occurred in the 200 block of South Woodlawn, 400 block of East Monroe, and the 400 block
of East Madison. All vehicles were unlocked. Items stolen included a MacBook Pro laptop,
clothing, CD’s, and money.

On March 23, 2013, at 12:10 p.m. police handled a report of a residential burglary in the 200
block of Smith. The resident advised tools valued at $2000 were taken from the residence
which was under construction.
