“The most challenging team is Kirkwood, the only thing that will stand in our way this year is us.”

How does it feel to be ranked number one?

“It’s exciting, but it doesn’t matter till the seasons over, because we still have to play our game, it’s a target on our back. Every team plays us like it’s their own state championship game.  And we have to play against that every week, so it’s difficult.”
