Dead Poets Society – This award winning movie teleports you into a different world. Taking place in a boarding school in Vermont called Welton Academy, this film reminds me of fall for the one reason I don’t like this season: school. During the course of this movie we see a group of boys taken in by a teacher who creates a poets society. But the other teachers at Welton don’t approve, causing issues between. While that is happening, the main character, Neil, wants to be in a play but his father does not approve. This causes issues between the whole group. And although this movie has every emotion you could think of, from joy to despair, it’s a masterpiece and one of my all-time favorites. (128 minutes)
