With homecoming coming up this Saturday, read TKCs advice about the big night.

Where to get your outfit

From a simple-strappy dress to suits in an endless color selection, the options for homecoming outfits are endless. With the KHS Friendship Dance being one of the latest homecomings of high schools, it can be difficult to find anything in stock, let alone in your size with shipping that will arrive in time. To avoid the panic of waiting on a delivery days before homecoming, try shopping in-person. For a more sustainable way to find a unique homecoming outfit, try local thrift stores. Most importantly, find something you feel comfortable in. Don’t be afraid to stray away from the norm — whatever you will be the most confident in, go for it.

Places:

Nordstrom Rack- Nordstrom Rack is another great place for suit shopping.

Jos. A. Bank- For suits Jos. A. Bank is the perfect store.

Altar’d State- The sale section of this store is perfect for last minute dresses, and their selection is still plentiful.

Savers , Plato’s Closet , St. Vincent DePaul: All of these are great places for last minute shopping, and if you don’t have the time Plato’s Closet has a more curated selection of thrifted finds.
