Three easy smoothie bowl recipes

Smoothies are a great, healthy option for breakfast or a snack. They are known to be rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber depending on your ingredients. This video shows three different recipes, but the great thing about smoothies is that there isn’t one specific way to make them. We chose to use bananas, strawberries, raspberries, shredded coconut, chia seeds, cashews, and dried dates as our toppings, but you can play around with whatever flavor combinations you want. Tips:

  1. Wash all fruit before using.
  2. Always use a lid while blending.
  3. If you have some fruit that is going to go bad before you get a chance to eat it, put it in the freezer for a smoothie.
  4. Always add liquids to the blender first.
  5. Adjust the amount of milk for your desired consistency.
