Kirkwood varsity soccer beats Pattonville 3-0 on September 4, 2018. This is the sixth game of the season and so far varsity has had 1 win and 4 losses since their first game. “You have to be pretty fit, you gotta do a lot of running [and you have to run] two miles in 12 minutes,” Franky Landers, senior, said. “I’ve been playing [soccer] for about 12 years now, and it’s something I’ve always done.”
Theo Ruppert, junior, head butts the soccer ball to one of his teammates. He plays striker and left wing, and in that position he usually scores the goals and gets the assists. "I started playing when I was young and started to love the sport," Theo Ruppert, said. "I decided to continue playing and [have] moved up to higher levels."
