The Kirkwood varsity boys’ soccer team had their championship game against Webster in a CYC tournament at the Soccer Park. Sawyer Hardy was responsible for both of the goals in their 2-1 win for first in the tournament, with his brother Owen Hardy also stealing the spotlight with some key plays.
“[The game] went really well, we all wanted to win and it worked out in our favor,” Sawyer Hardy, senior, said. “Playing with my brother is a great experience. Being able to work with him to get things done makes it a lot easier.”
