Week 12: Final game  
The Missouri Tigers went on the road and played their last game of the season Nov. 24 in hopes of winning the game and going to a bowl game. Unfortunately the Tigers would be facing No. 9 Texas A&M. A&M won the game 59-29, eliminating Mizzou’s postseason hopes and making the team’s final record 5-7 overall and 2-6 in the SEC. Despite the Tiger’s crushing loss, their season still showed award-worthy work.the end of the season calls for awards of best: offensive, defensive and special teams players, and the overall most valuable player.

Offensive Player: Dorial Green-Beckham
Although Green-Beckham did not play in a couple games this year for personal reasons, he still showed that he is can take the responsibility that will come to him when he becomes the main threat next year on offense. As a freshman Green-Beckham ended the season with 395 receiving yards and five touchdowns.

Defensive Player:Sheldon Richardson
Although Richardson missed the game versus Syracuse, he still remained a huge defensive factor and threat during games. He remained consistent throughout the season and had 70 tackles with four sacks.

Special Teams: Marcus Murphy
Murphy was a beast this year on special teams by always being a threat to take a kick back for a touchdown. He ended the season with four special teams touchdowns. He ore up opposing specials teams and gave a lot of excitement to the game.

MVP: Kendial Lawrence
Lawrence remained strong through the second half of the season and ended it with 12 touchdowns and 1025 rushing yards. He was always the threat player in clutch situations and proved himself as a top running back in the SEC.
