TKC sat down with Lil Chronie, a self-proclaimed “Detroit-based St. Louis rapper” who is a senior at KHS to learn more about his process, background and perspective.

To (almost) everyone, Chronie’s 4th album was a total surprise. After being pronounced dead just four months before, he announced his fourth album “500 Block”, which came out on Halloween of 2023. This album features many modern day greats such as White Boy Alwayz Broke and the young prodigy Eevil Hwizurd. This combined effort came out to be one of his most groundbreaking and astonishing works, inspiring the likes of Playboi Carti to drop “I Am Music”, Taylor Swift to re-release “1989” as well as tour (which pales in comparison to Chronie’s ongoing tour), and NBA YoungBoy to drop “Decided II”, fearing in competition. After much heartbreak, despair, and agony, Chronie is alive and well, kickin’ it in the stu’ with his murders, shlatts, slimes, killaz, and other thugs. –Lil Chronie Spotify Bio
