Today in sports: 12/1-12/2/14
12/1:
The hockey Pioneers fell 3-1 to CBC. An early goal in the first period set the tone for the Cadets, who lead from that point on. CBC added two more by the end of two before Luke McNab, senior, netted one shrinking the deficit to two. However, KHS was unable to muster anything the remaining 14:41. Their next game is Saturday against Lindbergh, 9:15 p.m. at the barn.
12/2:
Freshman boys’ hoops advanced in the Webster tournament against the host team, with a 51-26 W
